Unytra es una plataforma de gestión comercial y punto de venta operada por Davait, Inc. (“Unytra”, “nosotros”). Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio, aceptás estos Términos y Condiciones y nuestra Política de Privacidad y Política de Cookies. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio. Donde estos Términos digan “vos”, se refiere tanto a la persona como al comercio que representás.
Unytra is a business-management and point-of-sale platform operated by Davait, Inc. (“Unytra”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where these Terms say “you”, it refers both to you as an individual and to the business you represent.
1. El servicio1. The service
Unytra incluye una aplicación web (Unytra Suite) y una aplicación móvil (Unytra Lens) para catalogar productos, vender, gestionar stock, compras, clientes y reportes, emitir comprobantes electrónicos y cobrar pagos, entre otras funciones. Te otorgamos una licencia revocable, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el servicio de acuerdo con estos Términos. Algunas prestaciones dependen de servicios de terceros (ver punto 6) y de conexión a internet.
Unytra includes a web application (Unytra Suite) and a mobile application (Unytra Lens) to catalog products, sell, manage stock, purchasing, customers and reports, issue electronic invoices and collect payments, among other functions. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms. Some features depend on third-party services (see section 6) and on an internet connection.
Uso permitido. Te comprometés a usar el servicio conforme a la ley y a no: (a) revenderlo, sublicenciarlo o explotarlo comercialmente sin autorización; (b) descompilarlo, aplicarle ingeniería inversa o eludir sus medidas de seguridad; (c) remover avisos de propiedad; ni (d) usarlo para actividades fraudulentas, abusivas o que afecten la operación de la plataforma o de otros usuarios.
Permitted use. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to: (a) resell, sublicense or commercially exploit it without authorization; (b) decompile, reverse engineer or bypass its security; (c) remove proprietary notices; or (d) use it for fraudulent or abusive activity, or activity that harms the operation of the platform or other users.
2. Cuentas y elegibilidad2. Accounts and eligibility
Para usar el servicio debés ser mayor de edad y titular o representante de un comercio. Sos responsable de la veracidad de los datos de tu cuenta y del resguardo de tus credenciales de acceso; toda actividad realizada desde tu cuenta se presume tuya. Podés dar de baja tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.
To use the service you must be of legal age and the owner or representative of a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for safeguarding your credentials; all activity from your account is presumed to be yours. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Planes, pagos y cancelación3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Unytra ofrece un plan gratuito y planes pagos con distintos límites y funciones. Los precios se expresan en pesos argentinos (ARS) e incluyen los impuestos aplicables. Los planes pagos se facturan por período (mensual) y se renuevan automáticamente hasta que los canceles.
Unytra offers a free plan and paid plans with different limits and features. Prices are stated in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include applicable taxes. Paid plans are billed per period (monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel.
Podés cambiar o cancelar tu plan cuando quieras desde la aplicación; la baja detiene las renovaciones futuras y el plan sigue activo hasta el fin del período ya abonado. Salvo que la ley disponga lo contrario, los períodos ya iniciados no son reembolsables. Podemos ajustar precios y límites con aviso previo razonable; un cambio de precio no afecta el período ya abonado. Sos responsable de las comisiones que cobren los procesadores de pago (por ejemplo, MercadoPago).
You may change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; cancellation stops future renewals and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Unless the law provides otherwise, periods already started are non-refundable. We may adjust prices and limits with reasonable prior notice; a price change does not affect a period already paid. You are responsible for any fees charged by payment processors (e.g. MercadoPago).
4. Cuestiones fiscales4. Fiscal matters
Unytra facilita la emisión de comprobantes electrónicos ante ARCA/AFIP con la información y credenciales que vos configurás. El cumplimiento de tus obligaciones fiscales, la exactitud de los datos declarados y la validez de los comprobantes emitidos son de tu exclusiva responsabilidad como contribuyente. Unytra no presta asesoramiento contable ni fiscal.
Unytra facilitates issuing electronic receipts with ARCA/AFIP using the information and credentials you configure. Meeting your tax obligations, the accuracy of the data declared and the validity of the receipts issued are your sole responsibility as a taxpayer. Unytra does not provide accounting or tax advice.
5. Tus datos y los de tus clientes5. Your data and your customers' data
Los datos que cargás (productos, ventas, clientes) son tuyos; nos autorizás a procesarlos para prestarte el servicio, según la Política de Privacidad. Si cargás datos personales de tus propios clientes, vos actuás como responsable de esos datos y te comprometés a tratarlos conforme a la ley; Unytra los procesa por tu cuenta y a tu instrucción. Podés exportar tu información comercial y solicitar su eliminación al dar de baja la cuenta.
The data you enter (products, sales, customers) is yours; you authorize us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you enter personal data of your own customers, you act as the controller of that data and agree to process it lawfully; Unytra processes it on your behalf and on your instructions. You can export your business information and request its deletion when you close the account.
6. Servicios de terceros6. Third-party services
El servicio se apoya en proveedores como Google Firebase (infraestructura), MercadoPago (cobros), ARCA/AFIP (facturación), MercadoLibre (precios y publicación) y proveedores de modelos de inteligencia artificial. El uso de esas integraciones puede estar sujeto a los términos de dichos terceros. No somos responsables por interrupciones, cambios o contenidos de servicios ajenos a Unytra.
The service relies on providers such as Google Firebase (infrastructure), MercadoPago (payments), ARCA/AFIP (invoicing), MercadoLibre (pricing and publishing) and AI model providers. Use of those integrations may be subject to those third parties' terms. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes or content of services outside Unytra.
7. Propiedad intelectual y sugerencias7. Intellectual property and suggestions
El software, la marca “Unytra”, los logotipos, textos, diseños y demás contenidos del servicio son propiedad de Davait, Inc. o de sus licenciantes y están protegidos por la ley. No podés copiarlos, modificarlos ni distribuirlos sin autorización escrita, salvo lo permitido por estos Términos. Cualquier sugerencia, idea o mejora que nos envíes podrá ser usada por Unytra libremente, sin obligación ni compensación hacia vos.
The software, the “Unytra” brand, logos, texts, designs and other service content are owned by Davait, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without written permission, except as allowed by these Terms. Any suggestion, idea or improvement you send us may be used freely by Unytra, with no obligation or compensation to you.
8. Disponibilidad, garantías y responsabilidad8. Availability, warranties and liability
Trabajamos para mantener el servicio disponible y para que la caja pueda operar incluso sin conexión, sincronizando cuando vuelve internet. Aun así, el servicio se presta “tal cual está” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de que sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Unytra no será responsable por daños indirectos, lucro cesante ni pérdida de datos derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio; y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a los montos que nos hayas abonado por el servicio en los tres meses previos al hecho que motivó el reclamo. Nada de lo aquí dispuesto limita derechos que no puedan limitarse legalmente. Te comprometés a mantener indemne a Unytra frente a reclamos de terceros derivados de tu uso indebido del servicio o del incumplimiento de estos Términos o de la ley.
We work to keep the service available and to let the register operate even offline, syncing when the connection returns. Even so, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unytra will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the service; and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law. You agree to hold Unytra harmless from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms or the law.
9. Cambios, ley aplicable y jurisdicción9. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
Podemos modificar el servicio y estos Términos; publicaremos la versión vigente en esta página y, ante cambios materiales, procuraremos avisarte con antelación razonable. Si seguís usando el servicio luego de que los cambios entren en vigencia, se entiende que los aceptás. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina y toda controversia se someterá a los tribunales ordinarios competentes de la República Argentina. Si alguna cláusula se declara inválida, el resto continúa en pleno vigor.
We may modify the service and these Terms; we will post the current version on this page and, for material changes, will try to notify you with reasonable notice. If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you are deemed to accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the Argentine Republic. If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in full force.
